Smørfjord, Porsanger - the road to the North Cape
Smørfjord is a small village on the western side of the Porsangerfjord with about 80 inhabitants, many of them of traditional Sea Sami heritage. The property sits by the sea, surrounded by mountains, rock formations and quiet trails along the fjord.
The area is known for spectacular Northern Lights, the midnight sun in summer, grazing reindeer and the slow rhythm of Arctic nature. From the terrace you have a clear view of the sky and the fjord - ideal for photography and quiet evenings outdoors.
